Asian Consulting Group Founding Chairman Mon Abrea brings his advocacy of tax education to Overseas Filipino Workers. Starting Monday, September 9, the Philippine Tax Whiz will be in the United States, holding seminars under the Center for Strategic Reforms of the Philippines’ Balik Ka, Kabayan program.
The Balik Ka, Kabayan will be held in New York (September 10-15), Washington, D.C. (September 15-21), and Boston (September 21-24).
While Abrea is abroad, Jose Magsaysay, Jr. steps in to oversee the tax tech solution firm’s operations. He will continue to do so while ACG is searching for a Managing Director.
The former Potato Corner CEO joined ACG as a business partner last May 2019.
“I’m honored and humbled to entrust ACG under the leadership and stewardship of my business partner, Jose Magsaysay, Jr.,” said Abrea in a statement.
For the permanent management of the tax tech solution firm’s operations, ACG begins the search for a Managing Director.
The company is looking for someone with expertise in sales and marketing, business development, and operations.
Also crucial in the Managing Director would be a keen interest and enthusiasm to learn about digital marketing and technology. Digital transformation remains a crucial stepping stone toward the achievement of the Asian Consulting Group’s corporate vision.
However, Abrea clarified to his partners that he will not be stepping away from the social enterprise. After he returns from the Balik Ka, Kabayan program, Abrea will continue to serve as the firm’s most senior tax consultant.
The yet-to-be-hired Managing Director will continue to oversee the operations of the firm – continuing the pursuit of ACG’s annual targets. If you believe you fit the bill, send your CVs at [email protected]cg.ph.
